Overseas honeymoon couple visits Christchurch Central Police Station.

It’s good to see that there are no Covid restrictions anymore which allows overseas colleagues to visit New Zealand again. Romy Gräfe, a South Germany police officer and IPA member, choose to spend her honeymoon in “God’s Own” down under beautiful New Zealand. The couple found the time to visit Christchurch Central Police Station and got a tour from several of our Christchurch colleagues.

To the right are a couple of photos of the visit by German IPA member Romy Gräfe, a German Police Officer. Romy and her husband are visiting New Zealand on their honeymoon. While in Christchurch on the 21 st of January 2023, they were welcomed and given a tour of the Christchurch Central Police Station.

IPA House Hosting Forum

Young police officers with families often have difficulties finding affordable holiday accommodation on internet booking platforms, but for around 20 Euros per night, it is possible to book a fully-equipped apartment for the entire family in the centre of Paris, Timişoara or Berlin. It is not a secret: all you need to do is look on the IPA website at ipa-international.org/IPA-Houses and click on the latest edition of the IPA Hosting Book.
